Do’s & Don’ts
In winter, the skin loses moisture quickly 🍂, the sebaceous gland secretion decreases ❄️, and the weather is dry 🥀 and prone to itching and sensitivity.
🚿 It is important
to take a good shower ✅ Moisturizer should be applied after showering.
❌ Do not use too high hot water for showering, use warm water at about 38 degrees Celsius, and avoid rinsing for more than 10 minutes.
🧣 Wear
moisturizer before ✅ to reduce skin irritation.
❌ Avoid wearing clothing containing wool, nylon or non-breathable materials to avoid over-baking or static electricity, which may make the skin more likely to itch.
🧴 Moisturizing cream
✅ should be applied in a thin layer as it will be easier to absorb, but it should be done frequently, at least three times a day, to ensure that the skin has enough and high-quality oil.
❌ Avoid using chemical skincare products and use additive-free products as much as possible to reduce the chance of irritation and sensitivity, especially for infants/pregnant women/sensitive skin.
🧥 Changing
✅ seasons at home All comforters should be placed in a clean quilt bag during the change of season, while thick clothes should be dried in the sun or steamed with a high-temperature steam iron to reduce the sensitivity caused by mites.
❌ When helping the wardrobe change seasons, a large amount of dust and dust mites will fill the space, and children are more likely to run around with dust, so wear a mask and wipe it off with a vacuum cleaner and water when finished.
